How long does delivery take?
We don't like to keep you waiting, therefore your order is processed directly from our Dutch warehouse within 24-48 hours after it being placed.
Orders received on weekdays before 23:00 CEST, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent on the following day. Weekend orders are scheduled for shipment on Mondays.
The estimated shipping duration as stated in the check out and on our shipping page commences from the day your order is dispatched.

What is your return policy?
Do you need to return your purchase? We're here to assist you! You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to make your decision. Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax). You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. Please make sure to keep the proof of shipment until your order is returned to our warehouse. We are not able to cover any issue when you are not able to provide a track&trace or proof of shipment.
Returning is quick and easy. To request a return, please follow the steps in our Returns Portal.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on the below products;
Any underwear garments. (Including socks)
Perfumes that do not have their original plastic seal in tact
Certain sale items are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for refund or exchanges.
Items that have exceeded the 14-day return period
Any item that is returned worn or damaged that has not previously been disclosed to our customer support team will be rejected with their return void and products destroyed.
Bundles/Multipacks: Bundle products must be returned as a complete unit, including all individual items, tags and the original packaging that was included in the bundle. If any individual items are missing or damaged, the return may be subject to rejection.
1+1 and 2+1 Deal items: We do not offer refunds for free items obtained through this promotion. We do not offer returns on this deal.
Can I make an exchange?
Currently, we do not offer exchanges on orders from any country.
We only offer a refund on the same payment method that is used, therefore a new order can be made.
How do I track my order?
We strive to process and ship orders promptly within 24-48 hours of placement.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. Upon receiving the dispatch email, you will find detailed tracking information to monitor the progress of your order. Simply use the provided tracking details to track your package through our delivery partner's website.

Orders placed before 23:00 CEST ship the same day. Orders placed later ship the next business day.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are prepared for dispatch shortly after placement and cannot be amended once processing has started. We recommend reviewing your details carefully before confirming your purchase.

My tracking says my order has been delivered, but I haven’t received it?
If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, we recommend the following steps:

What is Fast & Insured Shipping?
Fast & Insured Shipping prioritises your order for quicker dispatch and includes insurance coverage during transit. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?
If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact our Customer Care team immediately. We’ll check whether the address can still be updated before dispatch.
If your order has already shipped, address changes may no longer be possible. In some cases, the carrier may offer redirection services, which are subject to their policies and additional fees.

Bundles & Promotional Offers
Bundle or multipack items may be returned provided the complete set is returned, including all individual items and original packaging. Individual items from a bundle cannot be refunded separately.
Items purchased as part of 1+1 or 2+1 promotional campaigns are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund.

How long does a refund take?
Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, it is inspected and processed within 10 business days. After approval, the refund is issued to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
